लहसुन की 4 कलिया छीलकर एक कली के तीन- चार टुकड़े करके एक - एक केप्सूल की तरह रोजाना सुबह पानी के घूंट के साथ निगल ले । इसके साथ साथ भोजन में कच्चे लहसुन की चटनी नमक, मिर्च, हल्दी के साथ पीसकर नियमपूर्वक प्रतिदिन थोड़ी मात्रा में ले । यह प्रयोग एक से दो माह करे सायटिक रोग जड़ से ख़त्म हो जायेगा।

Bontanical name :- Trigonella foenum greacum linn. धुप से हुई सावली त्वचा में फिर से निखार लाने के लिए नारियल का पानी, कच्चा दूध,  खीरे का रस और निम्बू का रस, बेसन और थोडा-सा चन्दन का पावडर मिलाकर उबटन बना ले । हफ्ते में दो बार करे नहाने से 1 घंटे पहले लगा ले । साँवलापन खत्म होगा, त्वचा स्निग्थ होकर उजली होने लगेगी । यदि चहरे पर चेचक या बड़ी माता छोटी माता या बड़ी फुंसियों के दाग़ रह गए हो तो 2 पिसे हुए बादाम और 1 चमच्च दूध और 1 चमच्च सूखे संतरे के छिलके का पावडर मिलाकर आहिस्था आहिस्था चेहरे पर मेल और कुछ देर तक रखे । शहद में कुछ मात्र में केसर डाल कर मिलाये इस लेप को आखो के निचे काले घेरे पर लगाये । अरंडी का तेल आँखों के काले घेरे के आसपास लगाने से काले घेरे दूर होते है
